  • Supervised 15 Learning Specialists and Facilitators, plus approximately 25 youth in the Teen Work Study program, 8 college assistantships, and 10 After School Matters interns annually

  • Directed programs that reached 100s of Chicago teens each year

  • Created an online training program for teachers that connected with 262 teachers in the first year

  • Developed over 20 staff trainings

  • Collaborated across departments and organizations to cultivate innovation and partnerships
